MSFD is very pleased to be supporting two new projects run by All Ears Cambodia for a year, helping children affected by ear disease and hearing loss.

One project is based in rural Cambodia, where school screening and audiology clinics will work to counter ear disease and hearing loss in children in the remote Battambang province.

The second project will support vulnerable children in Siem Reap. A targeted programme will identify, treat and manage ear and hearing conditions among children in Siem Reap and the surrounding provinces.

All Ears Cambodia explains the desperate need for projects such as these to help children experiencing difficulties with their hearing:

“For thousands of children in Cambodia, untreated ear disease and hearing loss create quiet but profound barriers to learning, communication and social inclusion. Many struggle to follow lessons in school, withdraw from interaction, or fall behind developmentally—not due to lack of ability, but because treatable conditions remain unaddressed.”

We are delighted to be supporting these important projects and helping more children access the hearing care they need.
